Paul Frank Fruik
Paul Frank Fruik passed away on September 15, 2025.
He was a veteran who proudly served his country. Then he went into law enforcement in Tampa before retiring here in Pikeville. He became a driver for Medride which he loved his passengers.
He is survived by his siblings Sharon Wirkes, Chucky Fruik, Teri Fruik, Jerry Fruik, and Danny Fruik; his daughters Jean Darling, Sabrina Williams; grandchildren Victoria Smith, Rahzells Williams, Marcus Smith, and Sarah Darling; and four great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his true love his wife Sue Carol Fruik; his beloved daughter, Vickie Williams; and his parents James and Joan Fruik.
Paul loved the Green Bay Packers. He will be tremendously missed by those who knew him
He will be cremated in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Services will be held at another time.
