Roger Dale Hodge
Roger Dale Hodge, 75, of Spencer, Tennessee, died Saturday, August 2, 2025 at his home.
He was of the Baptist faith. He was the former owner of Nyla’s Place in Pikeville. He performed with Ed Frazier and the TN Echoes. He enjoyed singing and liked to fish and hunt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Eva Hodge; sisters, Lucille Haston and Frances Hitchcock; brothers, Beecher, Junior, Leon, Edward, James, Bill & Charles Hodge; and ex-wife, Nyla Hodge.
He is survived by his sons, Robbie (Tracy) Hodge of Livingston, and Richie Hodge; daughters, Christy (Bobby) Hearn and Monica (Ronald) Blankenship, both of Pikeville; grandsons, Steven and Jacob Hodge and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Wilba Walker; brother, Bobby (Jamie) Hodge; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, August 6, at 11:00 a.m. at Lonewood Cemetery. Burial was in Lonewood Cemetery. Visitation was held Tuesday, August 5, from 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
