Patsy Ann Moore Angel
Patsy Ann Moore Angel, 76, of Pikeville, Tennessee passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 with her family by her side.
Patsy loved her family and was the secretary for Angel Construction Company for many years. She was a 1967 graduate from Ringgold High School and a member of First Southern Baptist Church where she volunteered as much as possible. One of Patsy’s greatest joys was to be a Biblical “Martha” during her life. She served as director on Bledsoe County Cancer Care Team.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Joe Angel, who she worked with and owned Angel Construction Company; parents, C. B. and Emmer Ruth Blaylock Moore; and brother, Phillip Moore.
Left behind to cherish Patsy’s memories are her granddaughter whom she and Roy Joe raised as a daughter and loved dearly, Rhianna Barrow; grandchildren, Harley Heald of Apison, Garrett (Corrine) Angel of Pikeville, Aylee Angel of Pikeville; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Angel and Cooper Angel; brothers, Conrad (Brenda) Moore of Pikeville, Jimmy Moore, Hixson; sisters, Teresa Mabry, Soddy Daisy, Myki (Larry) Frady, Pikeville; brothers-in-law, Carl Angel, Pikeville, Billy Frank (Teresa) Angel of Pikeville, Harold (Terri) Angel of Florida; several nieces, nephews, special beloved cousins who she had a meal with once a month. She called this “Cousins Day” in which there were games played and lots of laughter; many special friends whom she cherished; sisters at heart including Debbie Angel, Nancy Worthington, Vicki Frizzell, Shelby Saunders, Ruth Burton, Pam Sims, Jane Humble, and Jane Wooden.
A celebration of Life was held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2025 in the funeral home chapel with Robert Worthington officiating. Burial was in the Angel Family Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers were family members. The family received friends from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22, and Sunday at 12:00 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Bledsoe County Cancer Care Team.
