John West

John West, 62, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Friday, September 6, 2024.

John never met a stranger. He loved everyone and loved to help others. He was known for his generosity and giving heart. He enjoyed collecting eagles and could often be seen working a word search puzzle. He loved music and liked to travel and visit family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Eva West; and brother, Steve West.

He is survived by his cousins, Tammy and Marvin Jackson, Gary and Sally Miller and Rick and Beverly Clingan; and several other family members.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 11, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Rigsby Cemetery. Visitation was held Wednesday, September 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
