Sarah Katherine Varnum

Sarah Katherine Varnum, 28, of Pikeville, Tennessee passed away peacefully Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Sarah was a member of First Baptist Church and always enjoyed going to church. She loved family gatherings, car rides, shopping, singing, listening to music, drawing, and doing arts and crafts, and was very sociable with anyone she came in contact with.

Sarah was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, John Barnett; paternal grandfather, Lloyd Varnum; uncles, Andrew and Kenneth Barnett.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving parents, Rick Kenneth and Marcellia Lynn Barnett Varnum; sisters, Holly (Chris) Rule, Amy (Cory) Chaplin, Elizabeth (Angel) Cisneros, Sophia (Karsen) Kelly, Julia Varnum, Aubrey Varnum, Isabel Varnum, Fiona Varnum; maternal grandmother, Barbara Barnett; paternal grandmother, JoAnn Varnum; nieces, Victoria and Samantha Rule, Elilah Cisneros; nephew, Sonny Chaplin; cousins, and many friends from Georgia, Montana, and now in Tennessee.

A celebration of life will be 2:00 p.m. CST Thursday, November 16, at First Baptist Church with Bro. Rick Varnum officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. The family will received friends 4:00-8:00 p.m. CST Wednesday, November 15, and Thursday until service time at the church.
