Anthony Lenston Clark

Anthony Lenston Clark, 46, of Hixson, Tennessee, went to sleep in Jesus on Sunday, July 24, 2022, and woke up in heaven healed.

He was born August 3, 1975, in East Ridge, Tennessee. Lenston attended White Oak Elementary and was a graduate of the 1997 Red Bank High School Special Education Class. Lenston loved the TN Special Olympics, Star Trek, the VOLS, the Atlanta Braves, and former employees of the Hamilton Co. Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Division; but most of all, he loved his God and family. He never met a stranger and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Ruby Clark, and Robert and Viola Reeves.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Larry and Lenda Clark; loving sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Chuck Thompson; nephews, Alex and Luke Thompson; along with best friends, Brian Gloster and Anthony Johnston; a host of extended family members; and his church family at Middle Valley Church of God.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 28, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. James Daggett officiating. Burial will be in Rigsby Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. CDT.
