Margaret Genevieve Daniel

Margaret Genevieve Daniel, 84, of Friendship Community, died Friday, November 12, 2021.

She attended Frost Bite House of Prayer. She enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, cooking, going to church and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Daniel; son, Larry Daniel; parents, Milton and Elizabeth Dunn; and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Daniel Hodges of Friendship Community; son, Donnie Hodges of Pikeville; three granddaughters, Brittany (Danny) Freeman of Pikeville, Elizabeth (Alex) Gibbs of Friendship and Rebecca (Spencer) Thurman of Frostbite; great-grandchildren, Tarrance Hodges, Sawyer Thurman and Skyler Thurman; brother, Albert Dunn of Spring City; sister, Edna (Arlen) Roberts; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, November 15, at 1:00 p.m. at Frost Bite House of Prayer with Rev. Paul Daniel officiating. Burial was in Hughes Cemetery.
