Ruby Opal Hulsebos

Ruby Smith Hulsebos, age 87, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Monday, September 27, 2021.

She was a member of West End Church of God.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Johnny Smith and Carl Hulsebos; daughter, Sherry Sapp; brothers, Willis, Dutch, Elbert, Winfred, Nevan, Hershall, Leonard, L.V. and Elijah; and sisters, Jessie, Edith, Ellen, Ethel Marie and Ann Lee.

She is survived by her children, Avis (Chester) Brock of Pikeville, Dianne (Clifford) Holland of Pikeville, Darlene (Wendell) Boston of Dunlap and Liz (Donnie Ray) Lee of Pikeville; grandchildren, Steven Brock, Johnny Holland, David Holland, Stephanie Miller, Daniel Lee, Justin Sapp and Blake Sapp; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a lot of friends.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m. at West End Church of God. Burial followed in Hitchcock Cemetery. Visitation was held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at West End Church of God.
