Anne E. Patton

Anne E. Patton, 83, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Soddy Daisy Healthcare Center.

She was born in Bledsoe County and was the daughter of Joe and Willie Grace Patton of Pikeville. Anne was a member of the Church of Christ, graduated from Bledsoe County High School, Tennessee Tech University with a BS Degree in education. She retired from Taft Youth Center, loved teaching school, singing, and enjoyed having a part at the Cumberland County Playhouse in Crossville.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Kelly, Joe W., and Patrick Patton.

Anne is survived by one sister, Martha (Buell) Hulsey; sisters-in-law, Lois and Reva Patton; nieces, Jane Gruidici, Nancy Hamiel, Deborah Taylor, Donna Usher, and Dianne Hulsey; several cousins, and a host of friends.

A celebration of life was held at noon Wednesday, May 26, at funeral home chapel with Bro. Dennis Smith officiating. Burial was in Worthington Cemetery.
