Lessie “Sammie” Hankins

Lessie “Sammie” Hankins, 81 of Pikeville, passed away  Monday, September 19, 2016.

She worked as a nurse technician at Vanderbilt Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Ethel Meredith.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis Hankins of Pikeville; and sisters, Claytie Dillworth of Spring Hill; and Faye Meridith of Gallatin.

Services were held Wednesday, September 21, at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
