Eva West

Eva West, 77, of Pikeville, died July 8, 2015.

She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. Eva retired from the Ford Motor Company after 30 years of service.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents David and Ruth Yeargan; sister Evelina Carpenter; brother  Jessie  Yeargan; and special “other child” Greg Byrd.

Left to cherish Eva’s memory are Ronald, her husband of 60 years; sons Steve West (Yvonne Johnson), and John West; sisters Virginia Lazar, Cora Lee Gerome, and Naomi Larkins; special “other children” Rick Clingan, Gary Miller, and Tammy Parent.

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 12, in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Rigsby Cemetery.
