Royis D. McDaniel

Royis D. McDaniel, 74, of Spencer died Tuesday, February 24, 2015.

He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Royis retired from Ford Motor Company in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joann McDaniel; sister Clara Jo Miller; and Brothers Truman McDaniel, Roy Jr. McDaniel, and Bobby McDaniel.

Survivors include son, David Carpenter; daughter, Deanna Sexton; one grandson; sisters, Barbara Evans of Spencer and  Sandra C. Ingles of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were Sunday, March 1 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Lonewood Cemetery.
