Alma Dorena Hale
Alma Dorena Hale, 70, of Dayton passed away on April 22, 2014 at Memorial Hospital.
She was a longtime resident of Rhea County, and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a seamstress and a graduate of Bledsoe County High School.
She was preceded in death by her son Teddy Hale; parents Victor Alexander and Ella Standifer Ewton; two brothers Huel Wilson and Jim Foster Brown.
Survivors include her daughter Cindy Gailor, Dayton; daughter-in-law Karen Hale, Dayton; five grandchildren Tedra Riley, Daniel Hale, James Gailor, Ryan and Darius Fugate; great-grandson Cameron Riley; two sisters Alvarena (Don Wayne) Thomas, Sale Creek and Helen (Alton) Graham, Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Thursday, April 24 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. EST. Services will be held graveside on Friday, April 25 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Bolton officiating at Johnson-Lewis Cemetery in Pikeville.
