Bobby Jack Johnson Sr., 75, of Lusk Community in Bledsoe County, died Friday, October 19, 2012 at NHC of Sequatchie County after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was a member of the Bethel Church of Christ.
Johnson was preceded in death by his wife Helen Virginia Johnson; and parents Jack and Cleo Johnson.
Survivors include son, Bobby Jack Johnson Jr. of Pikeville; daughters Rhonda Johnson (Susan Fuchs) of Harrison; Annette (Tommy) Holland of Pikeville; Denise (Don) Wade of Pikeville; seven grandchildren, Shea, Trey and Jacob Johnson, Wendy (Steven) Turner, Kelli (Jerod) Billingsley, Katie and Rebecca Holland; four great-grandchildren Tommy and Brady Turner; Pamela Holland and Katelyn Billingsley; very special aunt Martha (Billy) Angel; special sisters-in-law Merle (Freddy) Roberson, Jeanette Oaks and Sue Smith.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Bethel Church of Christ, P.O. Box 84, Dunlap, TN 37327.
Services were held Sunday, October 21 in the funeral home chapel with Minister T.A. Smith officiating. Burial was in Collier Cemetery.
