Lewis Norwood “Shorty” Billingsley

Lewis Norwood “Shorty” Billingsley, 95, of Pikeville died Wednesday, September 30, 2009. He was a lifelong resident of Bledsoe County and a member of the Cold Springs Church of Christ.
    He was preceded in death  by his wife Ruby Billingsley; parents Pat and Abbie Billingsley; brother Malcolm Billingsley and sisters Maureen Hale and Lena Ruth Hale.
    Survivors include son Larry (Rene) Billingsley of Pikeville; great-grandchild-ren Katelynn Billingsley, Maddie Denney, and Pamela Holland; brother J.T. Billingsley of Ohio; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
    Services were held October 2 in the funeral home chapel with Phil Jenkins officiating. Burial was held in Pendergrass Cemetery.
