L. G. Agee

    L.G. Agee, 81, of Crossville died Tuesday, April 28, 2009. He was a member of Lone Oak The Baptist church of Christ and was on the Board of Directors of the Farm Bu-reau for 30 plus years. He was awarded a resolution for a lifetime of service from the State of Tennessee through farming and agriculture.
    He was preceded in death by his parents George and Lula Agee; brother Wilbur Agee; sisters Evelyn Tollett and Sue Goodson; and step-mother Flozell Pendergrass.
    He is survived by his wife Gladys Agee of Crossville; two daughters Sandra (Ran-dell) Singleton of Pikeville and Sharon Caldwell of Crossville; one grand-daughter Tiffany Caldwell; one sister Iris June Wor-thington of Pikeville; one sister-in-law Christine Agee of Pikeville; and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services were held April 30 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Larry Stub-blefield and Bro. James Wright officiating. Burial was in Iron Hill Cemetery.
