Steve Myers

Steve Myers, Sr., 76, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Sunday, April 13, 2025.

He was a charter member of Brockdell Volunteer Fire Department. He was on the cemetery committee of Cagle Cemetery. He loved NASCAR, enjoyed working with horses and cattle, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelly Myers; parents, General and Lena Myers; brothers, G.B., Ronny, and Carlos Myers; sisters, LaJune Myers, Evelyn Johnson, Barbara Sullivan and Ann Welch.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margaret Myers of Pikeville; son, Steve (Lesley) Myers, Jr.; three granddaughters, Chloe, Sophie and Riley Myers; siblings, Joy Bratcher of Chattanooga, Susie (Tommy) Roberson of Pikeville, and Wendell (Loretta) Myers of Pikeville; sister-in-law, Nada Myers of Pikeville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 17, at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Cagle Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 16, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. CDT and Thursday, April 17, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. CDT.
