Carolyn Bonita Wooden Hunt

Carolyn Bonita Wooden Hunt, 69 of Smyrna, Tennessee died Friday, August 5, 2022.

Carolyn loved her family and fur baby Georgia, enjoyed reading, and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs football fan. She was a member of Miracle Baptist Church.    

Preceding Carolyn in death were her parents, George Calvin and Ellen Lucille Johnson Wooden; grandparents, Charles Gilbert and Mary Songer Johnson; father and mother-in-law, Denzel Levi and Edna Rebecca Hunt; nephew, Cody McGowan.

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 34 years, David Lynn “Dino” Hunt; sisters, Michelle Pendergrass, Debbie (Nathan) McGowan, Vickie (Mark) Blankenship; brother, Randy (Vivian) Wooden; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life was held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, in the funeral home chapel with Bro. James Daggett officiating. Burial followed in Rigsby Cemetery.
