Ola Marie Sharp

Ola Marie Lawson Sharp, 77, of Pikeville, Tennessee died Thursday, February 4, 2021.

Ola was a minister, teacher, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a faithful member of Wheeler Addition Church of God for over 40 years. Ola enjoyed preaching, singing, and going to church. She worked at a daycare center.

Preceding Ola in death were her husband, Robert Earl Sharp, Sr.; parents, Edwin and Geneva Brock Lawson; sisters, Lola Lawson and Wilma Robinson; brothers, Landon, Gary, and William Lawson.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Madge (Glenn) Dyer, Stephanie Sharp; sons, Robert Sharp, Jr., Randy (Patricia) Sharp, Chucky Sharp, and Stevie (Amanda) Sharp; brothers, Winton Lee (Rita) Lawson, Bill (Joann)Lawson, Kenny Lawson, Walter (Jean) Lawson, and Roy Lawson; sisters, Lizzie Herd, Brenda Harris, Edwina Johnson, Christina (Tom) Dixon, Gloria Lawson, and Janet (Curtis) Shine; 23 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A Going Home Celebration was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 7 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Donnie Lawson officiating. Burial was in Pine Crest Cemetery in Dayton, Tennessee.
