Nick Angel

Nicholas “Nick” Cline Angel, 30, of Pikeville, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 24, 2019 at his residence.

He was a graduate of Sequatchie Valley Academy and a member of Cold Springs Baptist Church. Nick enjoyed motorcycles and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the 4-H Club as a small child and volunteered with the Pikeville Fire Department as a young adult.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Tammy R. Angel; grandfather, Wendel Angel.

Survivors include his father, Darryl Angel; step-mother, Sandra K. Angel; brother, Aaron (Jennifer) Angel; sister, Shelby Angel, all of Pikeville; step-brothers, Justin Burgess of Madisonville, Josh (Susie) Burgess of Soddy Daisy; grandmother, Eleanor Angel; step-grandparents, Hubert (Barbara) Thurman; nephews, Weston Angel, Lain and Noah Burgess; nieces, Star and Storm Burgess; uncles, Jerry Angel, Terry (Sandra) Angel, Lyn (Vicki) Angel, David Angel, Michael (George) Hankins; several cousins, and a host of friends.

A memorial service was held Saturday, July 6, with Bro. Matt Lockhart officiating. The service was held at Cold Springs Baptist Church.
