Lockey Sue Alton, 91, of the Brayton community, died Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton.
She was born October 12, 1920 in Sevierville, to the late Charles Freshour and Mary (Cutshall) Freshour. She retired from Thatchers in Chattanooga as a threadmill machine operator and was active with the Pikeville Seniors. She was a member of the Brayton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Orlando Greeley Alton.
She is survived by her daughter Robin (Richard) Dreas of Brayton; her sisters Ruth Morelock and Leona Gass, both of Baileyton; grandson Richard Dreas II of Brayton; granddaughter Kelly (Mick) Davis of Maylene, Alabama; and three great-grandchildren Jacob Noah Dreas, Joshua Logan Dreas and Blake Davis.
Her graveside funeral service was held November 4 at the Brayton Cemetery with Rev. Dennis McChargue officiating.
