PEARL JULIA SEGERS

Pearl Julia Segers, 65, of Pikeville passed away on January 30, 2011. She had worked in the nursing field for many years and was adored by so many. Segers was a very special lady who cared deeply for her family and everyone she knew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Henry Beckham and Julia Elizabeth Harris Beckham.

She is survived by her loving husband William Carl Segers, Sr. of Pikeville; three sons, William Carl(Crystal) Segers, Jr. and Curt Segers of Crossville, and James Henry (Kim) Segers of Pikeville; four grandchildren, James Michael Lee Segers, Brittany Amee Ronee Segers of Pikeville, Autumn Pearl Segers and Williams Segers, III, of Crossville; step-daughter Shana Capps of Crossville; three sisters, Faye (Jerry) Green and Donna (Spencer) Young of Dunkirk, Maryland, and Jackie (Spencer) Garrett of Maryland; two brothers, Frank (Sheryl) Beckham and Dale (Victoria) Beckham, both of Maryland.

A memorial service was held at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church on February 13 with Bro. Kenneth Norris and Bro. Bill Wolfe officiating.

Arrangements were made by Rausch Funeral Home in Owings, Maryland.
