Pendergrass pens and illustrates second children’s book

Shares stories she was told as a child

Memories of days gone by, when times were simpler, joy as a kid was found in being outdoors or listening to stories told by elders. These are the times Anna Pendergrass has written in her latest children’s storybook — Feathers and Fur: Sleepy-time Storybook. This is her second book to be published, the first was titled The Long-Nosed Rooter, a story her father, Samuel Mills, used to tell all of her Tiptop family and friends.
