Bolin named Governor’s Volunteer Star youth for Bledsoe County

As a teenager, Gracey Bolin has proven to be a true Tennessee Volunteer by giving countless hours to organizations that help others. For her volunteerism, she received the Governor’s Volunteer Star Award (GVSA) as a Bledsoe County youth on Sunday, February 16.
