Koslicki wins 44th annual Christmas Decorating Contest

Blown up characters from penguins to Santa flying an airplane appeared to be the theme for most of the homes that were entered in the 44th annual Christmas Decorating Contest sponsored by The Bledsonian-Banner. This year’s winner was no exception.

The home of D and Cheryl Koslicki at 189 Cumberland Avenue topped the judges’ list with its snow falling from above covering the bushes and ground.
