Mandatory water restrictions ordered for Pikeville water customers

Mandatory water restrictions have been ordered for all Pikeville water customers. This measure is necessary since the area has received very little rainfall over the past two months to replenish the city’s underground wells, said Mayor Philip Cagle. Customers are asked to refrain from washing vehicles, sidwalks, houses, and watering gardens.
