Preliminary hearing held in Rhea, Frizzell and Schmidt bound over

A preliminary hearing was held April 4 for Chloe L. Frizzell and Shelia K. Schmidt, former Bledsoe County School System paraprofessionals charged with child abuse. The judge bound the two women over to the Bledsoe County Grand Jury for possible indictment. The next Grand Jury session is in June.
