Amendments and office elections on ballot
Not only are Bledsoe County voters going to be choosing their representatives on the State and Federal levels of government, but they will be joining the rest of the State in deciding on amendments to Tennessee’s Constitution. Early voting continues through November 3 (see related article) for the State and Federal General Election with election day set for Tuesday, November 8.
For Governor, Republican candidate Bill Lee is seeking a return to office. Challengers are Democrat Jason Brantley Martin and Independents Constance M. Every, John Gentry, Basil Marceaux, Charles Van Morgan, Alfred O’Neil, Deborah Rouse, Michael E. Scantland, and Rick Tyler.
