Thousands enjoy Saturday’s Fall Festival
A crisp, cool breeze and sunshine made Saturday’s Fall Festival in downtown Pikeville enjoyable day for all. Thousands of people came to Pikeville to listen to music, buy from vendors, play games, see the cruise-in, eat, run and dance.
The event was sponsored by the Pikeville-Bledsoe County Chamber of Commerce, and goes down in history of the event as the largest yet. Over 80 vendors from artisans to crafters to photo booths to food concessions lined Main Street and some of the side streets with their goods. Some vendors did so well they sold out of the wares and food before the day ended.
