BTC Fiber’s float depicts winning theme, Frostbite House of Prayer wins McBay prize

The Magic of Christmas rolled through downtown Pikeville in the 24th annual Christmas Parade. This was one of the smallest parade’s in its history, but it was memorable all the same.
