Early voting sees large increase

By day ten of early voting in Bledsoe County on October 24, voters had already surpassed the total number of early votes cast in 2016 during the entire 14-day early voting period, and there were still four more days to go of early voting before election day.

In 2016, a combined total of 1,566 votes were cast during the early and absentee voting period. In 2020, 1,872 voters have already cast their ballot early or through absentee mail, according to the Tennessee Secretary of State.
