Weather or not.

    You’ve heard the old saying, everybody talks about the weather but nobody does anything about it. Lots of times we wish we could but, thankfully, that option is not open to us.

    Around this time of the year as the long, hot days of summer start dwindling down, the questions most asked are, what kind of winter are we going to have? Are we going to get lots of snows? When is the weather going to start turning colder?

There are numerous schools of thought as to how to predict what the winter will be like.
