Carroll retires after 16 years as 9-1-1 dispatcher
After 16 years on the job, one of Bledsoe County’s longest serving dispatcher is retiring.
Robin Carroll was employed as one of the first 9-1-1 dispatchers in 2004 when the county started operating the E 9-1-1 Center. His last night on duty will be Sunday, August 30, 2020.
Over the years, Carroll has answered thousands of calls, often talking individuals through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
