Board of Judicial Conduct reprimands two local judges

Two local judges were reprimanded by the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct after a complaint was filed by Ben Farmer of Pikeville, according to documents provided to the Chattanooga Times Free Press (CTFP) by Ben Farmer.

The letter written to Ben Farmer by Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct Chairman Dee David Gay is labeled as private/confidential, but the document was published alongside the CTFP story.

The complaint that sparked the response letter from Chairman Gay was not made available to The Bledsonian-Banner prior to press time on Monday, August 24 after calls and emails were made to Ben Farmer.

For more see the August 27 issue of The Bledsonian Banner.
