The headline is misleading. The total cases are 351, 345 are inmates. So, only 6 positive cases in the community.

The state has not broken down the difference between inmates and general population. We have asked for this to be clarified or broken down, but the state has not yet done this. The story has been updated with a just released statement from the commissioner of health stating the number of positives in the general population is very low.
