House fire on South Grove Street

A house fire on Tuesday, February 25, around 4:15 p.m. resulted in crews responding to a home billowing thick smoke on South Grove Street. The home was unoccupied, according to Pikeville Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief Dylan Hankins. Hankins added the home was a total loss.
