Special presentations at Playhouse and Palace

On Wednesday, July 15, a presentation with Clara Barton, Civil War Battlefield Nurse is being held at The Palace Theatre in Crossville at 6:00 p.m. Barton earned fame as the first independent woman to bring medical supplies and nursing care directly onto the front lines of Civil War battlefields. She was also directly involved in women’s suffrage, Geneva Convention, American Red Cross, Missing Soldiers Office, and more. Tickets are $19 for this event.
