Pet group has helpline

     Second Chance Pet Group has volunteers waiting on calls for spay and neutering help. Pikeville and Dunlap scheduling procedures have changed and the group is working with several vets. Please call 554-4442 and leave name, phone number, best time of day to be reached, and what services are needed. Blocked private calls cannot be returned.
