Follis wins Bledsoe Fairest of the Fair

Crowned the 2026 Bledsoe County Fairest of the Fair was Cameron Brooke Follis on Saturday, July 18.
She and 70 other contestants not only represented the community with grace, confidence, and kindness, said Makenle Campbell, pageant coordinator, they also gave back to the community by collecting school supplies for the Bledsoe County School System.
Follis, of Tracy City, is the daughter of Chris and Ronda Follis. She will represent Bledsoe County this year at various events and at the State Fair Convention in January.
Currently, she is attending college while pursuing her passion of cosmetology. She plans to become a realtor, and one day accomplish her greatest dream of being the best mother she can be to her future children.
Follis is a 15-time TACS and AACS Artwork and Speech winner and earning first place nationally in Oral Interpretation of Scripture. She is a three-time All-Tournament Volleyball MVP, has received both the Best Blocker and Best Spiker awards, and was honored as the 2025 Coaches’ Player of the Year in volleyball. Brooke is a three-time Miss Congeniality recipient, earned the 2026 Fitness Award, placed seventh nationally for her crochet artwork, and is proud to be the oldest of four children.

This year, the Fair Association introduced its Humanitarian Award. Contestants were encouraged to give back by collecting school supplies for the Bledsoe County School System. With their hard work, the contestants collected 5,822 school supply items, announced Campbell.
“These donations will make a meaningful difference for students and teachers as they prepare for the upcoming school year,” Campbell said.
The Bledsoe County Fair Association expressed its appreciation to the sponsors of the pageant which were Athens Regional Stockyard, RLM Land & Auction, and P3 Custom Meats.
“Your support helped make this event possible, and we are truly thankful,” said Campbell.
“Congratulations to all of our contestants, and thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, and supported the 2026 Bledsoe County Fairest of the Fair,” Campbell said. “We are already looking forward to another wonderful year!”
