SETHRA commodity distribution April 15

The Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency (SETHRA) will be distributing USDA commodities to eligible Bledsoe County residents on Wednesday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Fairgrounds in Pikeville. You do not need a Commodity Card to participate. You will be certified the day of the distribution. If you have already signed up for Commodities and have been issued a card since October 1, 2026, you will not need to bring anything to participate. If you have not already signed up and haven’t been issued a card since October 1, 2026, you will need to provide proof of income for all household members or proof of category eligibility (SNAP, TANF, SSI or Utility Assistance or residence in a PHA) to participate, go by the office and sign up. Eligibility will be based on total household income not in excess of the State-established maximum percentage of the poverty line for the appropriate household size or category eligibility.
