Hannah honored as 50-year firefighter

It’s rare to find someone who has been a volunteer public servant for 50 years. The Pikeville Fire Department boasts such a rarity as it honored Dale Hannah who has is a 50-year veteran firefighter.

Allan “Dale” Hannah Sr. joined the department on October 20, 1975, answering the call to serve at a time when many citizens were stepping forward to support their communities.
