Dr. Morgan paintings offered at special price during Pikeville Fall Festival

A man of many talents,the late Dr. Rufus Morgan not only was a physician in the area but a renowned painter. He was known for painting scenes from his beloved Bledsoe County, depicting the lives of many he came in contact with. Many of those paintings are going to be available for purchase at a reduced price during the Pikeville Fall Festival on Saturday, October 4 at the Dr. James A. Ross House and Museum on Frazier Street in Pikeville. Most of the paintings are going to be available for purchase from $10 to $25 dollars.
