Young teens vandalize historic Pikeville United Methodist
Two 14-year-old boys from Crossville were caught in the act of vandalizing the historic Pikeville United Methodist Church on Main Street Saturday afternoon, March 29, reports Pikeville Police Chief Ronald Byrd. They have each been charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, vandalism over $10,000, and theft. The young teens were released to their parents’ custody and are scheduled to be in juvenile court on April 11.
