Frizzell granted plea agreement in abuse case involving special needs child

Her co-defendant awaits trial for her role in the alleged abuse

One of two women charged with the abuse of a special needs child entered a plea agreement in Circuit Court before Judge Bradley Sherman in February. Chloe Frizzell, 26, of Dunlap was placed on pretrial diversion for a period of 11 months and 29 days for misdemeanor child abuse.
