Chelsie Cordell Gunby, 30, of Springfield, Tennessee (formerly of Pikeville, Tennessee) died Sunday, March 17, 2024.
She was a beloved daughter, loving mother, and wife.
She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Oliver Cordell and Buddy Fisher; uncle, Dewayne Cordell; and aunt, Cynthia Cordell.
She is survived by her husband, Jonathon Gunby of Springfield; sons, Chevy and Parker Gunby; daughter, Remington Gunby; step-son, Landen Gunby; parents, Melvin and Cindy Cordell of Pikeville; in-laws, John Gunby of Kentucky, and Jeanette (Randy) Gilbert of Oklahoma; grandparents, Edna Cordell, Levon and Mary Bickford and Karen Fisher, all of Pikeville; brother, Justin (Amber) Fisher of Pikeville; sister-in-law, Jessica Gunby of Kentucky; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services were held Saturday, March 23, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Owen Lindsay officiating. Burial was in Blankenship Cemetery.
