Mildred Dunn Daggett

Mildred Dunn Daggett, 88, of Pikeville, Tennessee passed away peacefully Friday, November 10, 2023.

Mildred was a member of Mooneyham Freewill Baptist Church. She was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her passion was farming, fishing, gardening, growing flowers, and cooking. Mildred was a hard working lady, but always had time for her family and friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lennie Mae Johnson Seals; brother, Herbert Seals; sister, Marie Seals Fusion; granddaughter, Tiffany Jessica Dunn.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Jimmy Daggett; sons, James Dunn, Bruce (Faye) Dunn; step-sons, Marty (Amanda) Daggett, Jeff (Wendy) Daggett; step-daughter, Mitzi (Ray) McAnally; granddaughters, Shanta Dunn; Jill Daggett Barger, Taylor Beach, Emily Beach; grandsons, Damian McAnally, Aaron Daggett, Nathan Daggett, Mathew Tucker; many great-grandchildren; special friends, Denny Singleton, Diane Patton, Pearl Smith, Melissa Britt, and many more; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A celebration of life was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 12, with Bro. Wayne Sullivan and Bro. James Daggett officiating. Burial was in Myers Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers are Bruce Dunn, Wayne Holland, Tracy Blankenship, Jonathan Hankins, Denny Singleton, and Robbie Browning.
