Lights of white, red and green – candy flying through the air – Santa making his entrance – it was a Pikeville Christmas Parade to remember. Over 1500 people lined both sides of Main Street from Pikeville City Hall to Citizens Tri-County Bank to enjoy the 26th annual event.
In all, there were more than 25 floats in the parade, numerous vintage vehicles decorated plus motorcycles, ATVs, and three-wheeled motorcycles. Horses with jingle bells, lights and some of their riders wearing Christmas attire added to the parade.
