BCHS is part of NASA Human Rover project for the second year

For the second consecutive year, Michiel Palmer has a group of engineering students who have been chosen to participate in the NASA 2023 HERC (Human Exploration Rover Challenge). The team is one of 15 high school teams from across the world participating in the program this year.

Palmer said the team should do better than last year now that they have a better understanding of the project and can get an earlier start. Last year, the team’s social media page entry won first place in the HERC competition.
