Marson “Taz” Gibson

Marson “Taz” Gibson, 64 of Pikeville, Tennessee died March 11, 2022.

Taz enjoyed the outdoors just riding his horse Hank, four wheeling, and even taking a ride on a motorcycle. He loved his dog Phoebe, and also enjoyed fishing, hunting, hanging out with his friends, and liked tinkering and working to fix any old broken things.  

Preceding Taz in death were his wife, Diane Rose Gibson; father, Richard D. Gibson; mother, Rhonda Wallace; stepdad, Dale Wallace. 

Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Melissa (Andrew) Fermier; son, Brent (Ashley) Gibson; four grandchildren, Kaelyn Gibson, Aidan, Evan, and Owen Fermier; brother, Jerry (Sandy) Gibson; sisters, Pam (Mike) Huber, Margie (Bob) Myers; nieces, Cindy (Jerry) Zistler, Kathy Turner, Niccole Remenowsky; great-nephew, Zach Zistler; cousins and a host of friends.

A memorial service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 26 at the Bellview Community Center.
