“Colorful Bunch” wins scarecrow contest

It’s scarecrow season in Pikeville and students from all three local elementary schools submitted their best work to the Main Street Committee and Pikeville-Bledsoe County Chamber of Commerce for the annual Scarecrow Contest.

This year’s contest entrants and winners are on display at the Pikeville Main Street Stage downtown until after Halloween, according to Sharon Cranwell with the Chamber.
